Having listened to feedback, we are in the process of changing our food hubs to allow people to self-select the food they’d like. We’ve now reorganised our hub at St Barnabas Church, Weeke and also have a better selection of fresh bread, fruit and veg (subject to availability). We also stock toiletries, cleaning products and cat/dog food, so if you, or people you know are in need of a little extra help, we are here

The Winchester Basics Bank are delighted to announce that David Innes OBE, Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire, has been appointed as our new patron.
Mr Innes said “The vital work undertaken by the Winchester Basics Bank has long been a lifeline for many, but the way in which the charity extended its reach to meet a major increase in demand during the pandemic has impressed me more than I can say. It is an honour to become a patron of Winchester Basics Bank and I hope I can help support their efforts.”
Mr Innes recently met with the Trustees and staff.
